What to do if the all-in-one computer cannot be turned on

1. Press the DEL key continuously when turning on the computer, set the BIOS, restore the default settings, save and exit. Select Load Optimized Defaults, F10 to save and exit.

2. The cause of the problem lies in the oxidation of the memory module or graphics card gold finger or poor contact of the slot, which prevents the computer from starting up. Solution: You can first power off the computer, open the computer case, pull out the memory module, use a Eraser to rub the part of the golden finger (that is, where there is a copper strip) back and forth for several times, and then replace a memory slot to plug it back. If you can't turn it on yet, you need to check the graphics card, indicating that it's a problem with the graphics card. You can also use the same method to do it.

3. Press F8 continuously to enter advanced mode, select the last correct configuration, and confirm.

If the above three methods are not feasible, reinstall the system.

The computer cannot be turned on and there is no response when the power switch is pressed. There are several possibilities for this situation:

1. The power cord is loose, or the power plug is loose, or the plug is not powered on.

2. The host power supply is broken.

3. The motherboard of the computer is broken.

4. The switch button on the main unit is broken or the button is stuck.

Solution:

1. Insert the power cord tightly, check the plug on the plug board, and confirm that the plug board is powered on.

2. Confirm that the cable from the host power supply to the plug-in board is good, then remove the 24P plug connecting the power supply to the motherboard and short circuit the green and any black wires. If the power fan turns on, it indicates that the power supply is not working, and if the power fan does not turn on, it indicates that the power supply is broken. Replace it with a new power supply.

3. After confirming that there are no issues with the above two steps, unplug the switch wires connecting the motherboard and the front panel of the chassis, and use a screwdriver to short circuit the two pins of the switch. If the fan turns, it indicates that the motherboard is not a problem, and if the fan does not turn, it indicates that it is mostly a problem with the motherboard. 4. Short circuit the motherboard pin and the fan rotates, but pressing the switch button on the front panel does not respond, indicating that the switch button is broken or stuck. Replace it with a new switch button or remove the stuck button.

Reminder: If the switch button is broken and cannot be replaced temporarily, you can connect the wire of the restart button to the pin of the switch and use the restart button instead of the on/off key.
